Quality Management

Since 1975, CRM Group has progressively set-up a performing Quality Management System.


Nowadays, the ISO 9001 certification for the « Industrial research and associated activities such as testing, calibration and expertise » rules the whole activities of CRM Group.


Beyond that, characterisation tests and calibration operations are managed according to the spirit of the European norm EN ISO /CEI 17025, following the official specifications of the BELAC system for the accreditation and mutual recognition of laboratories inside the ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).


The Quality Management rules are known by laboratory and project managers, strictly applied and frequently updated.  CRM group also closely monitors the satisfaction of its customers to ensure a continuous improvement of the system.
