Areas of expertise of this group include printed electronics on metal for smart surface and functionalities on metal. CRM group is one of the unique research center developing smart applications like, RFID, LED, OLED & EL Lighting, Printed & Hybrid sensor and its IoT functionalities on metal surface .
Objective of internship consists of developing a sensor application on metal surface prepared by additive manufacturing. Dielectric coating to prepare surface for sensor integration, Preparation of sensor using spray processes. Building a electronic circuit to demonstrate working principles of these sensors.
Objectifs
• Deep scientific literature related to dielectric coating and functional inks, thermal and electrostatic spray technologies,
• Understand working principles and propose different propositions for the coating materials
• Propose sensor to integrate on such a surface
• Find suitable electronic drivers & software for sensor devices
• Characterising sensors with sensing depth, Accuracy, SNR, etc.,
• Attending technical meeting & report writing at the end
