Gender Equality Plan


At CRM Group we believe that diversity and equal opportunities are a source of enrichment, innovation and creativity that enhance the quality of our research and development activity.

CRM Group considers that it can only realize its full innovation potential by making full use of all talents regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age or any other aspect that makes each person unique.

CRM Group welcomes the European Commission's requirement and shares the desire to ensure gender equality in its research and development activities and has therefore initiated the process to create and implement a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) aligned with the requirements of the eligibility criteria of the European Framework Program for Research and Innovation (Horizon Europe).

The Gender Equality Plan, in addition to recording key quantitative and qualitative indicators in an annual report, is a dynamic process of objectives and guidelines that are anchored in the group's HR policy.
