The CRM Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the management team and a number of support departments.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • You will be responsible for managing an evolving range of administrative tasks in support of management and several support departments, as well as managing reception at one of the company's sites. In this exciting and varied role, you will be in contact with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
  • You will be responsible for following up the correspondence and files of the General Management, in particular the Director of Human Resources and the general services that report to him;
  • You will organise the Director's diary, manage certain meetings involving the Directorate and coordinate certain follow-ups;
  • You will prepare and draft documents and organise the collection, filing and archiving of files, procedures and information;
  • You contribute to communication and the circulation of information with staff and/or external contacts;
  • You welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate people or departments;
  • You will manage and monitor central telephone calls and certain shared e-mail boxes;
  • You will ensure that you continuously improve your mastery and knowledge of the methods and techniques useful to your work;
  • If necessary, you will take on other roles in projects and collaborate on any tasks that are useful to the company.

Who are you?

  • You will have significant experience as an executive assistant or general secretary;
  • You enjoy working in a structured and methodical way;
  • You have an excellent ability to organise and manage priorities;
  • You have an innate sense of discretion and service;
  • You communicate well with people from all walks of life;
  • You use Microsoft Office and various ERP systems effectively;
  • You have a good ability to cross-reference and analyse data quickly;
  • You are able to work well together in a multi-faceted working environment;
  • You have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English and a good knowledge of Dutch.
